Kevin Beyrent
Director of Recovery Operations and Development | Co-Founder of The Pathfinder Initiative | Lived Experience Recovery Strategist

Kevin Beyrent is a recovery professional, business development leader, and lived-experience recovery strategist whose work centers on helping individuals create real pathways toward stability, healing, and long-term success. With professional experience in the treatment field and personal insight into the recovery journey, Kevin brings an authentic, grounded, and deeply human perspective to the work of Mitigation Works.
Kevin currently serves as a Business Development Lead at Mountains Edge Recovery, where his role extends far beyond admissions, outreach, or filling beds. His focus is on helping individuals and families understand that recovery is not just about entering treatment. It is about finding direction, building structure, developing support, and creating a realistic path forward.
As Director of Recovery Operations and Development for Mitigation Works, Kevin helps strengthen the connection between recovery services, reentry support, community partnerships, and long-term personal development. His work supports individuals impacted by addiction, trauma, incarceration, instability, and life circumstances that often require more than a standard referral or surface-level solution.
Kevin is also one of the Co-Founders of The Pathfinder Initiative, a peer-driven model centered on reentry, recovery, and reform. Through Pathfinder, Kevin helps advance a mission rooted in lived experience, structured support, accountability, and the belief that people can rebuild their lives when they are given the right tools, environment, and guidance.
His leadership is shaped by authenticity, humility, and a clear understanding that recovery is not a transaction. It is a transformation. Kevin understands that people do not simply need a program. They need a path. They need support that sees the full person, not just the crisis they are standing in.
Across all areas of his work, Kevin remains committed to helping individuals move beyond survival and into stability, purpose, and meaningful success. His mission is to help people recognize that their past does not have to control their future, and that with the right support, a new path is always possible.
